Mark Nesdill is a partner in Paul Hastings’ Fund Finance practice and is based in the firm’s Charlotte office. 

Mark represents banks and other financial institutions on structuring, negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities, other secured and unsecured lending arrangements, management fee lines and other fund finance products. He also has significant experience advising on documentation governing private investment vehicles, including governing agreements, side letters and subscription agreements.
