Overview
Michelle Sidle is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.
Michelle has experience representing both public and private companies in a wide range of strategic transactions, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and venture financings. In addition, Michelle advises clients in corporate governance, securities law compliance and periodic reporting matters.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Michelle was an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
