Overview
Phil Ratner is a partner in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings based in the firm’s New York office. Drawing on his extensive deal experience, Phil regularly represents clients — often credit funds, alternative asset managers and banks — on a wide variety of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financing, unitranche facilities, junior capital and cross-border structuring. He also has substantial experience with special situations and distressed debt transactions, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings and strategic lending transactions.
