Sarah Spencer is an associate in the Litigation Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on complex patent litigation primarily in the areas of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

Sarah received her J.D., cum laude, from William & Mary Law School in 2018, where she served as senior notes editor of the William & Mary Environmental Law & Policy Review. She earned her B.S. degree in Physics and B.A. degree in History, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University in 2012. Sarah is admitted to practice law in New York.
