Overview
Silas Raggett is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office.
Silas has a broad corporate practice with a particular focus on both public and private mergers and acquisitions. His practice also covers joint ventures, early-stage and minority equity investments and group restructurings, as well as general corporate and commercial advice, for a mix of financial sponsors and multinational corporations.
Silas has also spent time on secondment at JPMorgan Chase, within the Office of Legal Obligations.
