Overview

Valeria Jose Ifarraguerri is an associate in the Corporate Department of the firm and is based in the Houston office. She has experience advising on domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy, infrastructure and private equity sectors.

Valeria counsels sponsors, asset managers and strategic investors on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and financings. She regularly advises clients across the full lifecycle of transactions, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation and execution.

Her practice includes advising on complex, multiparty transactions involving energy and infrastructure assets, including renewable energy and energy storage projects.

Valeria has experience across the United States and in cross-border matters involving Latin America and other international jurisdictions.
