For the second year in a row, Financial Restructuring co-chair Jayme Goldstein was named among Turnarounds & Workouts’ 2023 “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers,” a list profiling only 15 lawyers nationally who handled some of the most prominent and complex restructurings over the past year.

Jayme was recognized for numerous accomplishments in multi-billion dollar in- and out-of-court balance sheet restructuring transactions, including his counsel to an ad hoc group of priority term loan lenders in the out-of-court recapitalization of Travelport, an ad hoc group of first lien term lenders in the cross-border workout of OSG, an ad hoc group of cross-lenders to Diamond Sports in its ongoing chapter 11 cases, the primary prepetition equity holder and term lender – and ultimately DIP lender – in the chapter 11 cases filed by Pipeline Health Systems, and ad hoc groups of first lien term lenders in the out-of-court restructurings of Checkers and United Road Services, amongst others.

Jayme was previously selected by Turnarounds & Workouts as one of its “Outstanding Restructuring Lawyers” in 2022, 2020, and 2019 and as one of its “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers” from 2014 to 2016.
