Paul Hastings LLP advised Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD in connection with a multi-billion dollar venture with Four Seasons for the creation of Four Seasons Yachts, a Four Seasons-branded luxury cruise line.  Our work included all negotiations and documentation of various yacht master, management, services and license agreements and other transactional documents.

Anticipated to commence sailing in 2026, the first vessel of a fleet of Four Seasons-branded yachts will include 14 decks and measure 679 feet long and 88.6 feet wide. The first vessel will feature 95 guest suites containing floor-to-ceiling windows and 581 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.  Onboard experiences will range from a Mediterranean Restaurant, sushi bar, spa, salon and wellness center, among other amenities.
