Paul Hastings LLP advised Amaala Company in connection with the company’s negotiation of hotel and residential agreements with world renowned spa-clinic leader Clinique La Prairie to develop an ultra-luxury longevity and wellness health resort at AMAALA on the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. The 36,115 square-meter Clinique La Prairie Health Resort will feature 66 ultra-luxury suites as well as 13 branded residences, and focuses on four areas of wellness and longevity – medical care, nutrition, movement, and well-being.  The property will also feature a diagnostics lab, museum, beach club, workshop, training rooms, private dining space and a cooking school. 

Affiliates of the Private Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia, Red Sea Global and Amaala Company are developing two multi-billion dollar luxury integrated hotel, resort, residential, food and beverage and entertainment mixed-use projects, including The Red Sea project, which will include approximately 50 luxury and lifestyle hotels and resorts and 1,000 private residences, and AMAALA, which will include approximately 25 ultra-luxury hotels and resorts and 900 private residences, both of which are located along the coast of the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia.
