Kenneth Breen and Phara Guberman were noted for successfully concluding a decade defending Gibson at trial and on appeal, resulting in a complete reversal of all counts of conviction for former Wilmington Trust CFO David Gibson.

Other client successes noted by Law360 include Jonathan Pickworth’s successful representation of Richard Usher, a foreign exchange trader who was exonerated after being accused of market manipulation, and Matthew Herrington’s counsel to Thomas Barrack, the chairman of former President Donald Trump's inauguration committee. Herrington guided Barrack through inquiries from the Mueller investigation, congressional hearings and questioning from several state and federal authorities from 2018 to 2021.
