London - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, advised Theta Bidco Limited (a newly incorporated company owned by joint offerors IHC Industrial Holding LLC (“IHC”) and Tasheel Holding Group LLC (“Tasheel”)) on its acquisition of Arena Events Group plc (“Arena”), a leading turnkey events solutions provider, by way of court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement which became effective on 23 February 2022 (the “Acquisition”).

The Paul Hastings team was led by M&A partner Matthew Poxon and senior M&A associate David Prowse, along with competition partner Pierre Kirch, tax partner Jiten Tank and employment partner Suzanne Horne.
