Peter Lindsay, partner in our Life Sciences practice, is proud to participate in the Food and Drug Law Institute’s 2022 Enforcement, Litigation, and Compliance Conference: For the Drug, Device, Food, and Tobacco Industries on December 7^th in Washington, D.C.

Peter will be speaking on a panel titled “Creating a Quality Culture: Warding Off Whistleblowing (And What to Do if the Whistle is Blown on Your Company)” at 1:30 – 2:30 pm with Fred Medick, assistant general counsel at Genentech, Inc.; Michelle Quinn, deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer at Becton Dickinson; and moderated by Cynthia L. Schnedar, principal at Greenleaf Health, Inc. and member of the FDLI Board of Directors.

The panel will discuss how companies are using reportable metrics to support a sustainable culture of compliance, and what steps a company should take to protect itself when the government is investigating a whistleblower’s complaint.
