Indiana Industry Liaison Group Quarterly Meeting
The Indiana ILG Meeting on May 11, 2018, holds a great opportunity for you to brush up on your knowledge in many areas. The OFCCP has issued a new methodology addressing how companies were selected for audit related to the release of the January 31, 2018 CSALs and there are also some personnel changes at the OFCCP to discuss as well. Tammy is Of Counsel in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and vice-chair of the firm’s nationally recognized Federal Contractor Compliance Practice. She is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office where she maintains a broad practice representing and advising clients on all aspects of labor and employment law, including systemic and individual discrimination, retaliation and whistleblower, federal contractor compliance, fair pay, and wage and hour issues.
