Paul Hastings’ Global Co-Chair of Investigations and White Collar Defense Ken Herzinger will join experienced in-house counsel, compliance officers, and government regulators at PLI’s upcoming “Storming the Gatekeepers: When Compliance Officers and In-House Lawyers Are at Risk 2023” on July 27, 2023 in New York City. This full day event encourages attendees to participate in real-world hypotheticals, while learning to expertly navigate the complex roles and expectations of corporate gatekeepers.

Ken’s session entitled, “Ethical Issues Associated with Internal Investigations” will discuss common conflicts of interest that might arise for gatekeepers including challenges to the attorney-client privilege. After completing this session, participants will be able to:

• Know gatekeepers’ ethical obligations
