Bhavya Bhandari is an associate in the London office of Paul Hastings. Her practice concentrates on structured finance and securitisation, with a focus on Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs). Her experience includes advising arrangers, sponsors, and issuers on collateralised loan obligation issuances, consumer asset-backed securities, cross-border receivables transactions, commercial fleet securitisations, and esoteric whole business securitisations involving a range of asset classes such as restaurant franchising programs and commodities receivables.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Bhandari worked in the structured finance practice of another leading international firm in their New York and London offices.

She is admitted to practice law in New York and India.
