International Tax Review's Americas Tax Awards 2015

Paul Hastings won two awards at the International Tax Review's 10th annual Americas Tax Awards. The firm won the Americas Capital Markets Tax Deal of the Year award for its work advising FHipo (Fideicomiso Hipotecario) on the tax aspects of FHipo’s IPO, which raised over $633 million. The firm also won the Americas Technology and Telecommunications Tax Deal of the Year award for its work advising JP Morgan and BNP Paribas on the tax aspects of financing Altice’s $9.1 billion Suddenlink acquisition.
