Paul Hastings partner Jessamy Gallagher was named to The Lawyer’s 2023 “Hot 100” list, which recognizes top legal professionals demonstrating excellence across the United Kingdom.

Ms. Gallagher was recognized for her work advising financial sponsors in the context of energy transition and new technologies. She was noted for her representation of the UK’s National Grid in its £4.2 billion sale of its transmission and metering business, making it easier for the UK to critically reach its net zero targets. Ms. Gallagher was also highlighted for advising Brookfield Infrastructure in its £4 billion offer for Homeserve – one of the largest-ever offers for a listed UK group.
