For foreign investors in China, one of the major legal developments in 2006 was the adoption of the Provisions on Mergers and Acquisitions of Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors. 2007 turned out to be a busy year as well. In this client alert, we highlight certain aspects of seven laws and regulations adopted in 2007 that will shape foreign investments in China in the years to come.
