2013 Revised (Higher) Hart-Scott-Rodino Act Thresholds

The Federal Trade Commission has announced its 2013 jurisdictional and filing fee thresholds under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976. Due to an increase in gross national product over the past government fiscal year, the thresholds have increased, and will take effect February 11, 2013.
