French Securities Regulator (AMF) Considers Relaxing Disclosure and Corporate Governance Rules for Small and Mid Cap Issuers Listed on French Regulated Markets

Following the implementation of the EU Prospectus Directive and Transparency Directive, disclosure requirements applicable to issuers with financial instruments admitted to trading on a French regulated market have increased, irrespective of the size of the issuers capitalization.
