SEC Adopts Rules Facilitating the Use of Electronic Shareholder Forums

On July 27, 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission issued for public comment proposed revisions to certain of the proxy rules under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 that would, among other things, facilitate the use of electronic shareholder forums.
