Administration and , Treasury Department Announce Over $1.73 Billion to Improve Access to Capital, Financial Services in Underserved Communities

Vice President Kamala Harris and Deputy Secretary of the Treasury Wally Adeyemo announced that the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions Fund has awarded over $1.73 billion in grants to 603 Community Development Financial Institutions across the country through the CDFI Equitable Recovery Program.

Survey: Short-Term Inflation Expectations Increase; Credit Access Perceptions and Expectations Deteriorate

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Center for Microeconomic Data released the March 2023 Survey of Consumer Expectations, which shows that inflation expectations increased at the short-term and medium-term horizons, but decreased slightly at the longer-term horizon.
