New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented AEW Value Investors Asia IV and its sponsor AEW Capital Management in the formation of a new private investment fund focused on Asia Pacific value-add real estate investments.

The fund raised total commitments of $1.54 billion from a diverse institutional investor base including numerous public and private pension funds and insurance companies based in Europe, the United States and Asia Pacific.

Paul Hastings also represented the fund in establishing a subscription line credit facility and raising co-investment capital.
