Paris – Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Ardian Expansion in connection with its investment in Alixio Group, the French leader in business transformation with significant human implications.

Founded in 2010 by Raymond Soubie Alixio, the French leader in supporting companies in their transformations with high human stakes, now employs nearly 750 people and has a turnover of 120 million euros in 2021. Its offer, which is based on a unique model combining consulting and services, covers five areas of expertise: Restructuring and social strategy; HR performance and skills; development; Training; Change Management and organization; Health at work and QWL.

Ardian Expansion's investment alongside Raymond Soubie, his family and the management team led by Philippe Vivien, Vice President, and Guillaume Allais, Managing Director, will enable the Alixio group to continue its organic growth in a favorable market marked by the growing importance of transformation issues with a high human impact, but also to accelerate its acquisition policy with the aim of strengthening existing businesses, adding complementary verticals and expanding internationally.
