Paris - Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised B & Capital in connection with an OBO on Be-Cloud.

Founded in 2012 by Lenny and Sébastien Vercuysse, Be-Cloud is a direct and indirect distributor and integrator of Microsoft cloud office software. With more than 850 small and medium-sized businesses as customers of its packages, which include maintenance, training and customization in addition to office suites, Be-Cloud intends to triple its sales in France within the next three years, which should involve expanding its network of integrators and increasing its services, particularly in the field of cybersecurity.

The transaction structured by B & Capital will enable Be-Cloud to continue and accelerate its growth by expanding its service offering, launching new products and services and expanding internationally.

The senior financing was arranged by Crédit Lyonnais.

Paul Hastings' team was led by Olivier Deren (partner), Charlotte Dupont and Amandine Guignard (associates) on the corporate and contractual aspects and Thomas Pulcini (associate) on the tax aspects.
