(Stock Code: 1839.HK) on its compliance with Hong Kong listing rules for its RMB1.76 billion IPO on the ChiNext Board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 301039.SZ). Haitong Securities Co., Ltd., China International Capital Corporation and Ping An Securities Co., Ltd. acted as the lead underwriters. Debuted on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2019, CIMC Vehicles achieves “A+H” dual-listing status with the Shenzhen IPO and marks the first Hong Kong listed company to trade on the ChiNext Board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
