Loadsmart Raises $200 Million in Series D Financing, Reaching $1.3 Billion Valuation
New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global finance firm, announced today that the firm advised Loadsmart, a leading freight technology company, in raising $200 million in Series D financing. The $200 million financing was led by SoftBank Latin America Fund, part of the SoftBank Group, with participation from Series C investor funds and accounts managed by BlackRock, CSX Corporation, and global active asset manager Janus Henderson Group.
Following the Series D financing, Loadsmart has a company valuation of $1.3 billion, more than three times its Series C valuation a year ago.
