Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global firm, announced that Kecia Reynolds has been named by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) to its list of “Rainmakers” for 2022. This year’s “Rainmakers” were selected from an exceptional group of prominent attorneys who have achieved success through innovative, consistent, and proactive business development.

Ms. Reynolds is a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice and leader of the ITC Section 337 Investigations practice, based in the Washington, D.C. office. She is an experienced trial lawyer who has, over the past 20 years, litigated more than 50 cases before the International Trade Commission (ITC), bringing her clients a strong track record of victories.

As lead counsel, Ms. Reynolds has won for complainants and respondents in patent and trademark infringement cases in various technical fields, including mechanical devices, consumer electronics, medical devices, semiconductors, and chemical materials.

From 2007-2012, Ms. Reynolds served at the ITC as a Senior Investigative Staff Attorney for the Office of Unfair Import Investigations, where she was trial counsel on behalf of the U.S. government. She is also a registered patent attorney and has represented clients before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), as well as in U.S. district courts.

The 2022 Rainmakers will be honored for their accomplishments at the 2022 Diversity Gala in October.
