Artemis Real Estate Partners Forms New Healthcare-Focused Real Estate Fund

New York - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Artemis Real Estate Partners, LLC, in the formation of Artemis Real Estate Partners Healthcare Fund I, L.P.

The new fund raised over $475 million from a diverse investor base including public pension funds, university endowments, private foundations, family offices and high net worth individuals, and will focus on acquiring healthcare-related real estate investments.

Artemis Real Estate Partners, LLC is a private equity real estate investment manager headquartered in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.  Paul Hastings has worked with Artemis since its inception, and has represented Artemis in the formation of prior real estate investment funds and separate accounts.
