Camden Properties and Camden Land Corporation Sell Beverly Hills Golden Triangle Property to Starpoint for $193 Million

San Francisco -- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Camden Properties, LLC and Camden Land Corporation in the sale of a 12-story, 207,400-square-foot property in Beverly Hills to Starpoint Properties for $193 million. The transaction, structured as a 1031 exchange, closed on August 30, 2018.

Located in Beverly Hills’ Golden Triangle at 433 Camden Drive, the 12-story office tower is adjacent to the world class restaurants and retail amenities of Rodeo Drive.
