Colony Capital Leads $1.2 Billion Investment in Vantage Data Centers

Century City, CA – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Colony Capital, which led an investment of $1.2 billion in Vantage Data Centers, a leading global provider of hyperscale data center campuses. The strategic partnership with the investor group values Vantage at $3.5 billion.

The $1.2 billion investment will help Vantage accelerate the expansion of its best-in-class, wholesale data centers throughout North America and Europe.
