Consortium Led by Lupa Systems Acquires Controlling Stake in Tribeca Enterprises

New York - Lupa Systems, Attention Capital, and Tribeca Enterprises announce the acquisition of a controlling stake in Tribeca Enterprises from The Madison Square Garden Company and Tribeca Film Festival founders and other investors, including Jane Rosenthal, Robert De Niro and Craig Hatkoff.

Tribeca Enterprises is a multi-platform storytelling company, established in 2003 by Robert De Niro, Jane Rosenthal, and Craig Hatkoff. The transaction, on which Paul Hastings advised the founders and certain other owners of Tribeca Enterprises, brings on a new corporate director for the Tribeca Film Festival, the Tribeca TV Festival and Tribeca Studios, a branded entertainment content business. Jane Rosenthal, CEO and Co-Founder of Tribeca Enterprises, will continue to lead management and strategic development.
