CoreLogic Wins IPRs
Washington, D.C. – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, and client CoreLogic, a leading provider of information, analytics and business services, won three inter partes reviews (“IPR”), which CoreLogic filed against Boundary Solutions, a national parcel map online database. The IPRs related to CoreLogic’s ‘352 patent, which provides online delivery of parcel-level map data.
On May 19, 2016, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”) issued three decisions ruling that Boundary Solutions’ claims to the ‘352 patent were unpatentable. Paul Hastings, led by partners
