May 31, 2016

Milan - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, has advised Eiser Global Infrastructure Fund in the disposal of Società Gasdotti Italia S.p.A. (SGI) to a consortium composed of Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4 (MEIF4), managed by Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, and Swiss Life Asset Management.
