Hotel Lotte Acquires New York Palace Hotel

New York— Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Hotel Lotte Co., Ltd., a Korean luxury hotel chain in the acquisition of iconic New York Palace Hotel for $805 million.
