Menlo Technologies Acquires SSi Consulting

Palo Alto - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it represented Menlo Technologies, a global service company specializing in cloud integration, data analytics and mobile technology development, in its acquisition of SSi Consulting, a leading financial management software (ERP) implementation and consulting firm headquartered in Vienna, VA. The purchase will expand Menlo Technologies’ software application experience to its portfolio of software development and cloud managed services.
