Nyca Partners Closes $125M Fintech Fund

New York – Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm advised Nyca Partners on the closing of its second venture capital fund, with more than $125 million in investor commitments. The new fund will invest in emerging financial technology companies.

Corporate partner Rob Carlson led the Paul Hastings team, which also included tax partner Tom Wisialowski, as well as corporate associates Cheryl Lu and Carolyn Nguyen and tax associate Noah Metz.
