Oakley Capital Finances Acquisition of Seagull and Videotel with Unitranche Loan from EQT

London – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it has advised Oakley Capital, a leading Western Europe-focused private equity firm, on the financing of its acquisition of maritime e-learning businesses Seagull and Videotel. EQT Credit was the sole lender, through its direct lending investment strategy, of a $130 million drawn committed senior facility to support the acquisition.
