Paul Hastings Advises BAML on Taurus 2015-1 IT CMBS

London – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global firm, announced today that it has advised Bank of America Merrill Lynch on the private-equity sponsored €286.425 million Taurus 2015-1 IT securitization. The securitization of three commercial real estate loans – one each to two funds sponsored by Blackstone and Cerberus, respectively, and one to companies belonging to Orion – is secured by a combined 14-strong portfolio of offices, fashion outlets and shopping centres in Italy.
