Paul Hastings Advises Initial Purchasers on US$350 Million High Yield Bond Offering by Empresas ICA, S.A.B. de C.V.

New York, NY (July 26, 2012) - Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented the initial purchasers on an offering of 8.375% senior guaranteed notes due 2017 of Empresas ICA, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:ICA) (NYSE:ICA), Mexico's largest construction and infrastructure operations company. The deal was upsized from US$300 million and was more than six times oversubscribed reflecting strong investor interest in Latin America high yield issuances. Proceeds of the high yield debt offering will be used to pay short term debt.
