Paul Hastings Represents Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. in Amended and Upsized $800 Million Revolving Credit Facility

New York, NY/ Houston, TX - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P., a master limited partnership, in amending its revolving credit facility with the initial borrowing capacity of $800 million, and contains an accordion feature of up to an additional $250 million, which, if exercised, will increase the Partnership's total available borrowing capacity to $1.05 billion.
