Paul Hastings Represents Castle & Cooke Cold Storage in Sale to Lineage Logistics and investor Bay Grove Capital

Orange County, CA (July 13, 2012) - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Castle & Cooke Cold Storage, a cold and dry storage and warehousing logistics company that operates 24 facilities totaling 112 million cubic feet located across California, Illinois, Missouri, Georgia and Texas, in its sale to Lineage Logistics, a warehousing and logistics company sponsored by Bay Grove Capital LLC, a principal investment firm.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
