Paul Hastings Represents Seller in Sale of 250 East Houston Street

New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented the seller of 250 East Houston Street, a mixed-use residential rental and commercial building with development rights, located on New York City’s Lower East Side. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Real estate partners Bob Wertheimer and Nathalia Bernardo and Tax partner Joseph Opich led the Paul Hastings team, which also included Real Estate associate Max Patinkin.
