Paul Hastings Represents SL Green Realty Corp in Leasing Manhattan Office Space and the Refinancing of an Office Tower in Brooklyn

New York, NY - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented SL Green Realty Corp. in several office leasing transactions in New York City and the refinancing of an office tower in Brooklyn, NY.

In January 2014, we represented SL Green in leasing office space to Humana Insurance Company of New York at 810 Seventh Avenue.

Last fall, we represented SL Green in connection with three Midtown Manhattan leases: a lease with Dynasty Financial Partners, LLC at 1350 Avenue of the Americas in September 2013; a lease with Goldberg Segalla LLP at 600 Lexington Avenue in October 2013; and a lease with Getnick & Getnick LLP at 521 Fifth Avenue in December 2013.
