Total Produce to Acquire Substantial Stake in Dole Food Company

Los Angeles - Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, advised Dole Food Company and Dole Chairman & CEO David H. Murdock on the sale of a 45 percent stake in Dole to Total Produce. The sale implied a total enterprise value for Dole of $2 billion, and as part of the agreement Mr. Murdock will continue to serve as Chairman of the company.
