Paul Hastings Investigations & White Collar Defense associate Nicole Lueddeke has been named among Daily Journal’s 2023 “Top 40 Under 40” lawyers.

Ms. Lueddeke is noted for representing large companies that are under investigation by federal, state, and international governments. She is currently helping advise the co-founder of a blockchain and payment platform company in a multi-billion dollar fraud investigation by the Justice Department and the SEC. Additionally, Ms. Lueddeke is noted for managing an investigation on behalf of a multibillion-dollar Japanese medical device company that had discovered and disclosed violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Ms. Lueddeke was also part of the winning trial team that represented Rear Admiral Bruce Loveless in the high-profile “Fat Leonard” Navy corruption scandal, securing the lone not-guilty verdict.
