Paul Hastings LLP advised Atlas Capital Group in the formation of Atlas Capital Investors VI, a new real estate private equity fund that raised more than $400 million in capital commitments to invest in opportunistic and value-added real estate transactions in core gateway cities, with a primary focus on New York and Los Angeles. Atlas Capital Group has also secured more than $120 million of co-investment commitments alongside the fund.

Capital commitments were secured from a diverse institutional investor base including public pension funds, private pension plans and sovereign wealth funds, among others.

Paul Hastings also advised the fund in establishing a subscription line credit facility.

Private Investment Funds partners Max Rosenberg and Josh Sternoff led the Paul Hastings team, which also included Tax partner David Makso and Tax associate Rob Wilson. Fund Finance partner Eric Schwitzer led the work on the fund’s subscription line credit facility.
