Paul Hastings LLC advised the lead arrangers in connection with financing for the acquisition by Madison Dearborn Partners of Shaw Development, LLC, an environmental engineering company focused on fluid management solutions for on- and off-road heavy-duty vehicles, aircraft, and fluid transfer systems for construction and mining, agriculture and forestry, locomotive, military, stationary power, engine manufacturers, and fluid transfer companies. The financing consisted of a first lien term facility, a delayed draw term facility, and a revolving facility.
