Paul Hastings LLP advised TD Cowen and the placement agents in connection with Harpoon Therapeutics’ $150 million private placement in public equity (PIPE) financing. Upfront payments to Harpoon were approximately $100 million, with up to an additional $50 million payable to Harpoon upon exercise of warrants sold in the offering. Harpoon Therapeutics (NASDAQ: HARP) is a clinical stage immunotherapy company developing T cell engagers.
