Paul Hastings LLP advised a group of initial purchasers in Jones Deslauriers/Navacord’s add-on secured notes offering of $125 million aggregate principal amount of 8.500% senior secured notes due 2030.

Following the inaugural high-yield bond offering in December 2022, the initial secured high-yield bond offering in March 2023, and the add-on in May, this marks the fourth successful offering by Navacord in six months totalling more than $1.0 billion in principal amount directed by Paul Hastings.
